Our 3 Luxury Villas are located directly on the beach. Watch fish jump, enjoy the sunset, hear the gentle sound of waves or relax in your private sea water plunge pool. These new Villas, comfortably sized at 74m2, feature two distinct areas, a bedroom and a living room, each of 20m2, and a luxurious private open air bathroom with a full set of amenities including a hair dryer. You will also find a 24m2 spacious terrace, beautiful wooden floors, king size draped 4-post bed with 100% cotton sheets and light duvet, air conditioning, safe, mini bar, flat screen HD television with satellite connection, telephone (no IDD) and tea & coffee making facilities, all designed for your exclusive comfort.

Luxury Villa Rates

All rates are per room night, full board 3 meals a day including water, local coffee and tea, excluding beverages. Rates also include free Wi-Fi and 21% local taxes. Round trip transfer (Airport-Resort-Airport) are additional services (min.2 persons). The Bunaken National Marine Park entry fee is not included.

Currencies accepted

Euro, USD, Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Charges made to credit cards are in IDR at the prevailing Resort exchange rate of the day.

Reservation, Amendment & Cancellation Policy

A 30% deposit must be received to confirm a reservation.
Full payment must be received at least 45 days prior to arrival date at the Resort. For bookings made with less than 45 days before arrival, full payment is required within 7 days of reservation.
For cancellation up to 91 days before arrival date, the deposit will be refunded minus 50% cancellation fee. For Groups (4 rooms or more) up to 121 days prior to arrival date.
The deposit will be forfeited for any cancellation made between 46 day(s) and 90 day(s) before arrival date. For Groups (4 rooms or more) between 61 to 120 days prior to arrival date.
A 95% charge will be forfeited for no-shows and/or cancellations made between 0 and 45 days prior to arrival date from the total amount of room reserved. For Groups (4 rooms or more) 60 days prior to arrival date.
No credit or refund is granted for personal emergencies, medical conditions, missed airline connections, airline delays or other causes of force majeure.

Insurance

We recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to visiting with us. Please ensure that you and all those accompanying you are covered for the full time of your visit against illness, injury, medical evacuation, death, loss of baggage and personal items during travel and while at Siladen, flight and accommodation cancellation and other travel contingencies including Force Majeure.

Dive Insurance is also mandatory.
